Block That Kick Terms and Conditions

These Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set forth the rules governing the sweepstakes sponsored and administered by blockchainzs.org Inc., 230 NW 24th St Suite 701 Miami FL 33127 , called the “Block That Kick Season Ticket Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) and govern your participation therein. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility. Only people eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who are legal residents of the U.S.A., and who have provided their e-mail address to blockchainzs.org at www.blockchainzs.org/cowboys during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below) are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Please note that employees, officers and representatives and the immediate family members of the foregoing individuals of blockchainzs.org or its affiliated and related companies, Dallas Cowboys Football Club Ltd. or its affiliated and related companies, participating promotional partners, promotional and advertising agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter.

2. Instructions To Enter Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes shall run from September 4th 2025 at 9:00AM ET until January 5th 2026 at 9:00AM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”) and will consist of several Sweepstakes taking place during this period. For the specific dates and times of each Sweepstake please refer to our dedicated webpage www.blockchainzs.org/cowboys as this provides the most accurate and up to date information on entering the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. blockchainzs.org’s computer is the official timekeeping device for entry in the Sweepstakes. Normal time rates, if any, charged by your Internet service or mobile provider will apply.
Entry Method #1. You may enter by visiting blockchainzs.org/cowboys during the Sweepstakes Period and signing up with your email address. Online entries are limited to one (1) entry per person and must be successfully submitted on or before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. OR Entry Method #2. You may enter by mail without obligation by hand writing your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the Sweepstakes on a 4”x6” 4”x6” card and mail to: blockchainzs.org Inc., 230 NW 24th St Suite 701 Miami FL 33127 Attn: blockchainzs.org Cowboys Sweepstakes, Dak Jersey Department. Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) entry per person and must be postmarked on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period and received on or before the last day of the Sweepstakes Period.
When entering, you are required to provide complete and truthful information. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at blockchainzs.org’s sole discretion. Entries submitted by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. You are not permitted to use any scripts, computer programs, robotic repetitive, macro, automatic, programmed or similar automated entry methods or agents to submit entries. All entries are the property of blockchainzs.org. In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Terms.

3. The Sweepstakes Prize. The Sweepstakes prize (the “Prize”) is two (2) Tickets located in the 200-Level of the AT&T Stadium in Arlington TX for all regular season home games of the Dallas Cowboys 2026-2027 season as assigned by the NFL. The total approximate total retail value of the Prize is $9,000. The Prize does not include any preseason or postseason Dallas Cowboys NFL games. If for any reason the Prize, or any part of it, is unavailable or is delayed, canceled or postponed, blockchainzs.org reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes and award a substitute prize, or portion thereof, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Terms. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of the Prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by the winner of the Sweepstakes. Neither blockchainzs.org, the Sweepstakes Entities nor any other of the Released Parties (as defined below) shall have any responsibility or obligation to a winner of the Sweepstakes who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize the Prize. If a potential Sweepstakes winner cannot accept the Prize, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from all remaining eligible entries. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the Prize are solely the Sweepstakes winner’s responsibility, who agrees to comply with any additional Sweepstakes terms and conditions. The Prize is provided “as is”. You acknowledge that neither blockchainzs.org, the Sweepstakes Entities nor any other of the Released Parties have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Any prizes pictured in advertising and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. The value of the Prize will be taxable to the Sweepstakes winner as income. All U.S. federal, state and local tax liability and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Terms are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes winner (regardless of whether the Prize, in whole or in part, is used).

4. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner of the Sweepstakes will happen by way of a drawing if the Dallas Cowboys block a kick of the weekly opponent during the Sweepstakes Period. The play forming part of the blocked kick must be recorded by the NFL rulebook. A blocked kick occurs when a defensive player successfully prevents a field goal or an extra point attempt (also referred to as a “point after touchdown”). In particular, a field goal defense happens when the defense blocks the kick at the line of scrimmage before it reaches the uprights. A defensive action of an extra point attempt is similar to field goals but occurs after touchdowns, and they can also be blocked by the defense. If no blocked kick is completed during the Sweepstakes Period, blockchainzs.org will not perform a drawing and there will be no winner. The winner will be chosen at random from blockchainzs.org users who enter the Sweepstakes with an eligible online or mail-in entry during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be selected on February 14, 2026 at the email address or phone number associated with the winning account or such other method specified by blockchainzs.org, and will be required to confirm their email address and/or phone number. blockchainzs.org and the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to make a public announcement announcing the winners of the respective Sweepstakes in any manner it deems reasonably appropriate (such as via website, the blockchainzs.org app, social media and/or similar platform). An alternate winner will be selected if the initial winner cannot be located or fails to claim the Prize within one (1) day of notification of winning. This selection of winners and notification process shall continue until a winner is confirmed if the alternative winner(s) is/are unable to claim the Prize.

5. Winner Verification. The winner may be required to prove eligibility. This may include, without limitation, any or all of the following: proof of age, residence and identity (e.g., via driver’s license, passport or similar government issued identification) within the time period required by blockchainzs.org in order to claim the Prize. The ultimate winner of the Sweepstakes is not official until all documentation required by blockchainzs.org has been obtained, and the eligibility of the potential winner has been verified. If the ultimate winner fails to complete all necessary documentation as required by blockchainzs.org, they will forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner will be chosen in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. If in compliance with these Terms and all of the foregoing, the winner will be officially confirmed. blockchainzs.org expressly reserves the right to delay any such announcement in its discretion.

6. Liability Release and Indemnity. THE PRIZE IS OFFERED AND PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE BY blockchainzs.org OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTITY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL blockchainzs.org NOR ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTITY NOR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT blockchainzs.org AND/OR OTHER SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND/OR OTHER RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless blockchainzs.org, the Sweepstakes Entities, NFL Entities (defined below), Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Cowboys Stadium, LP and each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent and affiliate companies, vendors, suppliers, agencies, consultants, subcontractors and legal counsel and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such individual (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any claims, damages, injuries or losses of any kind, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding arising out of, in connection with or relating to, (i) participation in Sweepstakes, (ii) personal injury or property damage arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize, (iii) defamation or portrayal in a false light (intentional and unintentional), violation of publicity rights or invasion of privacy in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the Prize, and (iv) any violation of third party intellectual property or other proprietary rights arising from or related to the Sweepstakes, the Prize, or blockchainzs.org’s advertising and marketing related to the Sweepstakes, any entrants or the winner, in all cases. “NFL Entities” means collectively the National Football League, its member professional football clubs (and specifically Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd.), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees. You assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by your participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, receipt or use of the Prize or any portion thereof. You further agree that in any cause of action, blockchainzs.org’s and/or the Sweepstakes Entities’ and/or the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the value of the Prize, and in no event shall blockchainzs.org or any of the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorney’s fees. The foregoing is only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Grant of Rights. Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning the Prize, you irrevocably consent to the use of your name, image, photograph, likeness, biographical information, entry, statements attributed to you (if true) and any video footage related to the Prize, for all Sweepstakes Entities’ advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes in all media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation. You also consent to the Sweepstakes Entities putting your name on a winner’s list. Please note that blockchainzs.org may not acknowledge or return any entries.

8. General Terms. The Sweepstakes Entities nor any other of the Released Parties are responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place, or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government or other events outside of the reasonable control of blockchainzs.org or the Sweepstakes Entities or any other of the Released Parties. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, blockchainzs.org reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. If the Sweepstakes in whole or in part is terminated or modified prior to the closing of the Sweepstakes Period, notice will be communicated by blockchainzs.org. blockchainzs.org reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms from time to time during the Sweepstakes Period for clarification purposes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. blockchainzs.org’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Terms or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials, blockchainzs.org’s User Agreement or Privacy Notice and/or these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These Terms and the Sweepstakes in general shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Florida law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules.

9. Privacy. All information submitted by you that is collected by blockchainzs.org in connection with your participation in the Sweepstakes will be subject to blockchainzs.org’s User Agreement (https://www.blockchainzs.org/legal/terms) and its Privacy Policy https://www.blockchainzs.org/legal/privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree that blockchainzs.org may collect and use your personal information submitted in connection therewith, and you acknowledge that you have read blockchainzs.org’s Privacy Policy.

10. Binding Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that (1) ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, (2) any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, (3) any arbitration shall be heard by one (1) arbitrator to be selected in accordance with the AAA Rules, in Miami, Florida, (4) unless both you and blockchainzs.org agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, (5) judgment upon any award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof and (6) any award or judgment shall be subject to all limitations and releases set forth in these Terms and be limited to actual out of pocket damages, and shall not, in any event, include any punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, attorney’s fees or costs of bringing a claim, or any injunctive or other equitable relief. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Accessibility of Official Rules. A copy of these Terms is available via https://www.blockchainzs.org/cowboys. Where required by law, blockchainzs.org will provide the name of the winner of the specified Sweepstakes to those who request it. To request this information, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked to blockchainzs.org Inc., 230 NW 24th St Suite 701 Miami FL 33127, Attn: blockchainzs.org Legal Department – Department – List of Winners including the name and date of the Sweepstakes to which the request relates to on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Such requests must be received within two (2) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

13. Excluded from the Promotion are users who do not meet the requirements mentioned above.

18. blockchainzs.org reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time, in its sole discretion. In addition, blockchainzs.org reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Promotion and delay or reverse completion of the Promotion, in its sole discretion. By entering the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on the requirements set forth above. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms. The Promotion is subject to local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

IN NO EVENT WILL blockchainzs.org NOR ANY TICKET SWEEPSTAKES ENTITY NOR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OF THE TICKET SWEEPSTAKES FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE TICKET SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT blockchainzs.org AND/OR OTHER SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND/OR OTHER RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. You assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by your participation in the Ticket Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, receipt or use of the Prize or any portion thereof. You further agree that in any cause of action, blockchainzs.org’s and/or the Sweepstakes Entities’ and/or the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the value of the Prize, and in no event shall blockchainzs.org or any of the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorney’s fees. The foregoing is only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Grant of Rights. Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Ticket Sweepstakes and/or winning the Prize, you irrevocably consent to the use of your name, image, photograph, likeness, biographical information, entry, statements attributed to you (if true) and any video footage related to the Prize, for all Sweepstakes Entities’ advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes in all media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation. You also consent to the Sweepstakes Entities putting your name on a winner’s list. Please note that blockchainzs.org may not acknowledge or return any entries.

22. General Terms. The Sweepstakes Entities nor any other of the Released Parties are responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place, or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government or other events outside of the reasonable control of blockchainzs.org or the Sweepstakes Entities or any other of the Released Parties. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, blockchainzs.org reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Ticket Sweepstake in whole or in part. If the Ticket Sweepstake in whole or in part is terminated or modified prior to the closing of the Ticket Sweepstake Period, notice will be communicated by blockchainzs.org. blockchainzs.org reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms from time to time during the Ticket Sweepstake Period for clarification purposes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. blockchainzs.org’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Terms or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials, blockchainzs.org’s User Agreement or Privacy Notice and/or these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These Terms and the Ticket Sweepstakes in general shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Florida law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules.

23. Privacy. All information submitted by you that is collected by blockchainzs.org in connection with your participation in the Ticket Sweepstakes will be subject to blockchainzs.org’s User Agreement (https://www.blockchainzs.org/legal/terms) and its Privacy Policy https://www.blockchainzs.org/legal/privacy. By participating in the Ticket Sweepstakes, you hereby agree that blockchainzs.org may collect and use your personal information submitted in connection therewith, and you acknowledge that you have read blockchainzs.org’s Privacy Policy.

24. Binding Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that (1) ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, (2) any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Ticket Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, (3) any arbitration shall be heard by one (1) arbitrator to be selected in accordance with the AAA Rules, in Miami, Florida, (4) unless both you and blockchainzs.org agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, (5) judgment upon any award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof and (6) any award or judgment shall be subject to all limitations and releases set forth in these Terms and be limited to actual out of pocket damages, and shall not, in any event, include any punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, attorney’s fees or costs of bringing a claim, or any injunctive or other equitable relief. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

25. Accessibility of Official Rules. A copy of these Terms is available via https://www.blockchainzs.org/cowboys. Where required by law, blockchainzs.org will provide the name of the winner of the specified Ticket Sweepstakes to those who request it. To request this information, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked to blockchainzs.org Inc., 230 NW 24th St Suite 701 Miami FL 33127, Attn: blockchainzs.org Legal Department – Department – List of Winners including the name and date of the Ticket Sweepstake to which the request relates to on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Such requests must be received within two (2) weeks of the end of the Ticket Sweepstake Period.
